SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship worldwide from our atelier in Milan.

Your Triburi hat is handcrafted to order, and production begins once your purchase is confirmed.

Shipping Times

  • Ready-to-wear styles: shipped within 2 weeks after your order is confirmed.

  • Pre-orders and bespoke pieces: shipped within 4 weeks after confirmation.

Slight delays may occur due to the handmade nature of our production or material availability. If this happens, you’ll be informed by email.

We work with trusted international couriers, selecting the most reliable option depending on your destination to ensure your hat arrives safely. All orders are shipped with standard shipping, and you’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your hat is dispatched.

The products will be properly packed in order to ensure their safety during shipping. According to the applicable law, the courier will be liable for any damage caused to the product or parcel during shipping.

• Italy: €9

• European Union: €25

• UK and Switzerland: €35

• USA, Canada, and other international destinations: €75

Duties and taxes are covered by us.

The final shipping cost will appear at checkout.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Every Triburi hat is made by hand in Milan, one by one.

We don’t keep stock. Once you place an order, we start creating your hat just for you.

Because of this, returns are generally not accepted.

We really believe in conscious buying, so please take a moment to double-check your size and style before placing your order.

If you’re unsure, you can always visit our Find Your Size page or write to us — we’re happy to help you choose the right fit.

If something feels wrong when you receive your hat, please write to us within 14 days at contact@triburi.com. We’ll look at it together and do our best to find a fair solution.

We offer an exchange or refund if your hat is in its original condition in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

All shipping costs for exchanges or returns are covered by the customer, and we’ll let you know as soon as your hat arrives safely back at our atelier.

When a return is approved, the refund will be issued using the same payment method as your original purchase — covering the product’s price (shipping costs aren’t refundable).

Each hat is checked carefully before it leaves our hands. Small variations in color or texture are completely natural — part of what makes every Triburi hat unique.

Please note that bespoke hats or any hat made with personalization are exempt from return or exchange.
